Mode of transport:

Cuoieria Fiorentina Srl is organized to ensure the most rapid and efficient delivery service possible.
For shipments abroad, we use GLS express delivery or DHL express delivery.
Cuoieria Fiorentina Srl, will not repay the portion of the costs required by the courier in the case of non-delivery, which is why we ask our customers to provide a delivery address manned during working hours.
For each delivery order, the customer must indicate a telephone number (preferably mobile) to allow the courier to contact him/her in case of any complications with the delivery..
Should delivery not succeed to fruition for reasons not attributable to Cuoieria Fiorentina Srl or the express courier, after 2 consecutive attempts to deliver, custody charges or redelivery will be charged as well as quantified by the courier or you can pick up the product at the courier's clearinghouse.

Shipping costs:

The shipping costs are only estimates and will be calculated exactly at the time of purchase, according to billing information and shipping provided by the customer.

Track shipment:

After handing over your order to the courier, you will receive an email with a link to trace the path of your purchase.

The product will be delivered to the address indicated in order confirmation.

Insurance of the shipment:

Cuoieria Fiorentina Srl is not responsible for the transport entrusted to third parties. If you wish, you can request an insured shipment for the value you have purchased.

Order execution:

When an order is received, our staff starts working on it immediately, so that it can be delivered to the courier within five days.

All orders received Monday through Friday will be shipped within five days.

During holidays, the package will be shipped the next working day.
