Composition
This leather is made with a very complex and difficult treatment. It begins with a skin called CRUST. Each bag is first completely assembled, followed by a dye bath during which it loses 30% of its volume. The bags are then laid out and dried slowly in the open air, then treated one by one by hand with a natural beeswax. This last step gives the product an unmistakable softness and a beautiful aged effect. This type of processing is 100% environmentally friendly and metal free.
